Etoile Mugo is an international shop based in Australia offering a variety of products, including wedding collections, menswear, kids’ collections, cosmetics, hair growth oils, and African snacks. Many of our outfits are customized with love, and our products are sourced from multiple locations worldwide, including Turkey, Dubai, Nigeria, Italy, Thailand, Korea, the UK, and Africa.
2. Orders and Pre-Orders
2.1 Placing Orders
All orders must be placed through our website or via direct communication with our team. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
2.2 Pre-Orders
For certain products, such as customized outfits or items not readily available, we may offer pre-orders. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that there may be a longer processing time. Estimated delivery times for pre-ordered items will be communicated to you.
2.3 Order Cancellations
Cancellations of orders must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Custom orders or pre-orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Pricing
All prices listed on the website are in AUD or Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are committed to offering products within your budget, but prices may fluctuate based on supply and demand.
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards,afterpay and other third-party payment platforms as indicated at checkout. Payments must be received in full before an order is processed.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping Locations
We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size of the order. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Also the shipping company that we use the most is Australia Post. Small Parcels from 1-2 kg is $15 Express and $12 standard shipping. International fees are different rates and will be calculated at the end of checkout.
4.2 Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and destination. Customized orders, pre-orders, and products sourced from international locations may have longer delivery times. We will provide estimated shipping times, but we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs or postal issues.
For express shipping in Australia it takes 2-3 days for delivery standard shipping is 5-9 days with Australia Post.
4.3 Customs and Duties
International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Etoile Mugo is not liable for any additional charges related to customs clearance.
5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and packaging.
5.2 Non-Returnable Items
Customized items, pre-orders, and personalized products are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
5.3 Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly if you wish to exchange an item. Additional shipping fees may apply.
6. Customized Orders
6.1 Custom-Made Outfits
Our customized outfits are crafted with love to meet your specific requirements. By placing an order for a customized outfit, you agree to provide accurate measurements and specifications. Due to the nature of customization, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items unless there is a manufacturing defect.
6.2 Alterations
If alterations are required after receiving your customized outfit, please contact us. We will assess the situation and provide options, but additional fees may apply.
7. Product Descriptions and Availability
7.1 Product Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, slight variations in color, fabric, or design may occur, especially with customized or handmade items.
7.2 Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. In the event a product is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives or a refund.
